Wellnest is a self-reflection and wellness tracking application. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Wellnest does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition. The app is designed solely for personal wellness tracking and self-reflection purposes.

Family insights are presented in an aggregated and non-judgmental format. Individual emotional details are never shared without explicit user consent. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the app.

All premium features — including AI Insights and Circle Share — are provided free of charge during the launch and beta period. Pricing may be introduced in future versions, and we will give notice before any feature becomes paid.

By using Wellnest, you agree to use the app responsibly and understand its limitations. You acknowledge that Wellnest is a self-reflection tool and not a substitute for professional mental health care.

Your data belongs to you. We do not sell data, run ads, or track you across apps. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By downloading, accessing or using Wellnest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or this website.

You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms and to hold an account. If you use Wellnest on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, and you should contact us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Wellnest is intended for personal, non-commercial wellness and self-awareness use. You agree to use the app in a lawful and respectful way, and not to interfere with its operation or the experience of other users.

Recommended videos may be provided, hosted or delivered by third parties. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Your use of third-party content may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Wellnest, including its name, branding, design, visuals and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by law.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the app; access it through unauthorised means; use it to harass, harm or impersonate others; upload unlawful or infringing content; or attempt to disrupt, overload or breach the security of our systems.

Wellnest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellnest and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

You may stop using Wellnest and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Service is no longer reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of Wellnest after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
