This Privacy Policy explains how Wellnest ("Wellnest", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the Wellnest iOS application and the website at thewellnestapp.com (the "Service").

The following data may be collected and linked to your identity:

• ✓Daily wellness check-in data: mood score, energy level, stress level, gratitude count
• ✓Optional user-entered notes

• ✕Health records (clinical)
• ✕Browsing history
• ✕Device identifiers for advertising

Collected data is used only for:

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your data for advertising.

If you use Wellnest without signing in, your check-ins and notes are stored locally on your device only. No email address is collected and your entries are not linked to an account.

Family sharing is opt-in. If you choose to connect with someone, Wellnest shares the wellness summaries you have chosen to share with that person. You control the connection and can stop sharing at any time.

Wellnest may use your recent check-in information to generate plain-language insights and content recommendations that fit how you are feeling. These are for everyday wellness and entertainment purposes. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Recommended videos are provided by third-party services. When content loads from a third party, that service may receive technical information such as your IP address and device details, and applies its own privacy policy and terms.

If you enable notifications, Wellnest stores a push notification token so it can send the reminders you have set up. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.

We rely on service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, notifications and content delivery. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

• ✓Account deletion permanently removes all stored data
• ✓Guest mode stores data locally only

While your account is active we retain your check-ins and preferences so the app can show your Aura, history, streaks and progress.

You can delete your data at any time from within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes all stored data associated with it. If you are in guest mode, deleting the app removes your locally stored data.

You can also request deletion by emailing admin@thewellnestapp.com.

You can control notifications in iOS Settings, use Wellnest in guest mode without an account, choose whether to share with family members and stop sharing at any time, and request access, correction, export or deletion of your information by contacting us.

Wellnest is not directed to children below the minimum age stated in our Terms, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app.
